1. What is included in the Park fees?
You will be very impressed as to what is included. A large 200 sq meter landscaped plot, a well managed park with plenty of leisure areas, a reception manned by English speaking staff, large bar and leisure complex provided, 24 hour security, rubbish collected daily and above all there is not local tax to pay so the fees are the total amount needed to live in Spain very comfortably.
2. Is my not being able to speak Spanish a problem?
Not at all: Maria in the office speaks excellent English and is there to ensure that your time on the park is as relaxing and stress free as life can be.
3. How good are the medical facilities? Excellent, The 24 hour medical center and the new hospital in Antequera are first class. For retired residents all the medical facilities are free.
4. How long can my home remain on the park?
We are a residential style park open 12 months a year and as the weather is so much better than in the UK as long as the home is kept in good order we see no reason why it has to leave the park.
5. Can I let out my home to holiday makers?
No, we are a residential style park and commercial sub letting is not allowed. We are proud of the park and can see that residents enjoy living on the park and feel that having different neighbours every two weeks would only lower the standards of the park and the residents enjoyment.
6. Can my family and friends visit?
By all means, the parks facilities makes it a perfect setting for the residents to enjoy their time with family and friends and the visitors get to enjoy a holiday with a difference as we are in real Spain which is a far cry from the “Costas”.
